Our
mission is clear...
help our retailers improve their profits and reach their
goals. One way we accomplish this is in our ability to
continually develop Phoenix for Windows.
Our
team is always creating new features and ways that will help the
retailers do business and earn a higher profit. We work closely
with video store retailers discussing store operations and
success techniques. These ideas end up in the product through
upgrades.
Rather
than waiting an entire year, like our competition, we are
developing new features so rapidly that we release upgrades
every quarter. We figure, why make the customer wait for
features they could put to use today.

What
is an Upgrade?
An
upgrade is a major release of a product and will contain new
functions/sections to the product, or a major revamp of an
existing function/section.
As
each industry changes, the software products that run in that
industry must change as well, and in some cases a fundamental
change is required. These advances in the product are released
as an Upgrade are are available for an additional fee. |

What
is a service pack?
A
service pack is a method in which we provide our users the
latest changes (minor adjustments) to our software products.
These service packs contain minor changes and fixes
to an existing version of the software.
These
service packs are made available, free of charge, to retailers
with a current maintenance agreement. And now you can download
these service packs - see below.

is a program that will allow you to download the most current
version of Phoenix. This program is placed in your Programs |
Phoenix folder and is called Phoenix Web Updates.
