Getting new customers signed up has just gotten easier and quicker. A signup form, with their information already filled out, can be automatically printed after a customer has been added. With customer insert fields, you can customize this form to fit your requirements.

Getting information out of your system is vital to the success of your business, and we have just made it easier for you. You will have a wealth of information at your finger with predefine static reports that are categorized by topic (customers, inventory, financial, rental product, and auditing). 

And if that wasn’t enough, you have report generators for each database so that you can create any type of report you desire. These easy-to-use generators are visual and what you see on the screen is what you get on the report. The Report Wizards makes creating customized reports simple. We save you considerable time by saving the reports that you create to disk, so each time you want to run them, they will be there ready to go. 

Comparing your current store’s performance with prior years has just gotten easier. You can compare a specific day, week, or month to the last three years and see a graphical representation of the data. This feature will tell you quickly if you are ahead of last year or have some room to improve.

Knowing who your best customers are is sometimes difficult. With this new customer ranking system, you can quickly identify your top customers for the current period [you define the current time frame to view]. This feature is configurable and will look at rentals, previously viewed purchases, timeliness of returns, how long they have been a customer, and merchandise sales.

Customer demographics will break down your revenue stream by age bracket and gender. You will get demographic information on titles (rental product), formats, genres, pricing categories, merchandise, departments, and storewide revenue. You will even see what percentage of each age bracket is currently active for a given time frame. Information is delivered in report and graph forms. Never has so much information been available, by age group, to help you in your purchasing of rental and merchandise products.
