Returns: Products can be returned with an RMA# within 15 days of the invoice excluding special orders, gift cards, services, and opened (license seal) software. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, and packaging (including box) must be returned with your item in resalable condition. All refunds require a 15% restocking fee. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty: Most items come with a manufacturer’s warranty, software is not warranted and is governed by the terms of your license agreement. Phoenix Information Systems does not warranty the items.
